I am a qualified counsellor 

offering counselling 

to individuals and couples in

 Ealing, West London and Cobham Surrey. 

I am also Clinical Operations Manager for a London based EAP organisation that provides in-the-moment counselling, managerial advice, clinical assessment, 

and trauma support to 

company employees globally.  ​

I am a published author of educational books, Rosen Publishing NYC, 

and have lectured and mentored at universities in London and Hong Kong.

I have been practicing mindfulness, awareness and equanimity techniques for over 20 years.

I have lived and worked in the UK and North America. My previous career was in the arts and media industries; working for corporations and publications worldwide. 

I am fully insured.

I hold a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am currently in training to gain my Masters in Science and 

Certified Transactional Analyst qualifications at Metanoia Institute

How I Work


I provide a compassionate, non judgemental, confidential space for us to work on your goals.

I incorporate a number of different modalities into the way I work and have a particular interest in Transactional Analysis, Attachment Theory, Neuro Psychotherapy and Mindfulness.

Sessions for individuals and couples are generally on a weekly basis. 

Each session is 50 minutes long. 

I suggest we work together for a minimum of 6 sessions in order to build the working alliance and decide from that time on how we work together ongoing. I offer a brief focused approach; which is suitable for working on a number of life situations which you may want to explore/change. And I also offer long term counselling options which suit when a client wants to explore their past and relationships in more depth.

I regularly discuss my work with my clinical supervisor. This is standard practice in my field and safeguards both you and I. My supervisor is bound by the same code of ethics which I adhere to.

We can work together Face to Face, via Skype, FaceTime or by telephone. 

People approach counselling for many different reasons. Sometimes it is just to get clear about a past experience or to change a habit. 

I offer an impartial ear to help you hear yourself think things through and get clear about your own personal decisions. 

It can be empowering as a result. 

Counselling can be a great place to explore and change the internal dialogue we sometimes have with ourselves from one that is negative and self critical, 

to one that is based on self respect. 

For Couples my goal is to create a space for both partners to share their thoughts in a safe, respectful and trusting environment. ​

The basis for a strong and enduring relationship is one of 

mutual love, trust and respect. 

I believe that this can be achieved where there is intent to make the relationship work. 

However stuck we may feel currently, with a new form of communication, there can be resolve when both partners truly want it. 

We use the sessions to get your perspectives clearly heard and we will look at what gets in the way of intimacy.

Group Counselling


By working within a Group Counselling setting we can gain a deep understanding of ourselves in relation to the world around us. Together with a colleague, I offer group counselling at a West London centre. We have a number of start dates for sessions. The group will meet weekly for 1.5 hours.
